4. Jay Cutler, Chicago Bears

Jay Cutler has been having a nightmare season with the Chicago Bears, but came through with a nice performance in a win against the Minnesota Vikings. He has the talent and the weapons to put up huge performances each and every game, but that simply hasn’t been the case this year. Chicago doesn’t have a great chance to get back in playoff contention, but getting back on the winning track is a start.

Cutler ended up throwing for 330 yards and three touchdowns throughout the game, but did end up throwing two interceptions. Despite the turnovers, he was able to lead the Bears’ offense to a much needed win.

That being said, the Bears need Cutler to come through with more games where that one came from. They still have a chance to get back in the playoff race, but they have to play near perfect football from here on out. Chicago has the talent on its roster to make that run, but they will have to figure out how to put everything together and live up to that potential.
