You didn’t think that Duke fans wouldn’t troll North Carolina about their recent scandal, did you?

Right as the college basketball season is getting underway, the North Carolina Tar Heels are not in the best place at the moment. The school is facing one of the more publicized academic scandals in the history of the NCAA, and there is no telling what will come out of all of it in the end.

With that being said, come on, you had to know that Duke Blue Devils fans were going to take their shots, which of course some recently did.

Now Duke and North Carolina are playing one another on the football field Thursday night, so you know that this trolling is only going to get worse once their first meeting on the hardwood comes this season. Hell, the sign even references basketball coach Roy Williams, who as you can see by the sign, everyone believes knew exactly what was going on the entire time.

North Carolina players were allegedly pushed toward some easier classes so they can skate by, and several former students have come out validating the claims.

Man, the last thing that you want when your rival is Duke is an academic scandal.
