The Oakland Raiders followed their Week 12 upset of the Kansas City Chiefs up with a vintage Raiders performance. No, that isn’t a good thing.

The Oakland Raiders are so bad — how bad are they? — that you legitimately have to wonder how they were able to knock off the Kansas City Chiefs a week ago.

This week, Oakland failed to show up at the Edward Jones Dome and the St. Louis Rams jumped out to a quick 38-0 lead.

Rams running back Tre Mason was leading the way, with 155 yards of total offense with more than five minutes still remaining in the first half of the game. Mason’s 155 yards was more than the Raiders gained as a team.

The 38 points was also a rarity for the St. Louis Rams.

When you have an offense that was as great as “The Greatest Show On Turf” in your team’s history, it is hard to imagine Shaun Hill every leading an offense to more points in a single half.

Well, that is exactly what he was able to do on Sunday, because putting up 38 points in a single half is something that Kurt Warner and company were never able to do.

Whether the Oakland Raiders decide to show up for the second half remains to be seen, but it certainly isn’t looking good.
