The Minnesota Vikings are taking on the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, and so far, the Vikings and Teddy Bridgewater are getting the best of their NFC South opponent.
Just recently, the Vikings lengthened their lead to 28-6, thanks to the passing efforts of their first-round rookie out of Louisville.
With the Vikings up 21-6 at the time, Teddy B found veteran Greg Jennings for this 17 yard touchdown, really making the statement that they’re the better team on the field Sunday.
What was most amazing about this play was the veteran Jennings showing that he still has the moves to make defenders look silly when he’s in the open field.
But it’s plays like this from guys like Jennings that will ultimately continue to build the confidence of Bridgewater as he transforms into the franchise quarterback that the Vikings hope that he can be.
Oh, and this play also once again shows that the Panthers are just in a bad place right now. A really, really bad place.
