The early games are in the books this week in the NFL, with the Oakland Raiders moving up into the No. 1 draft slot after a 52-0 pounding.

It took a while, but the Oakland Raiders have finally stunk it up so much that they have secured the No. 1 draft pick for the time being. Jacksonville managed to beat the New York Giants 25-24, sliding them down to the No. 4 overall pick for now. That win not only moves the Oakland Raiders up to No. 1, but it also moves both the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tennessee Titans move up as well.

If the New York Jets lose on Monday night — which is entirely possible considering they’re playing a hot Miami Dolphins team — the Jaguars would slide down to the No. 5 overall spot. They lost in Week 2 to the Redskins, meaning they won’t fall below them and out of the Top 5 so long as they have the same records.

What the Raiders would do with the No. 1 pick is up in the air, as they invested a second round pick in Derek Carr this past year. That may not be enough to pass up on Marcus Mariota though, a player who could turn the Raiders around in 2015. Similarly, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at No. 2 overall would love to get Mariota and have him in their sights where they sit now.

Here’s a look at the update NFL Draft Order through the early games of Week 13.
