John Riggins was the Super Bowl MVP of the 1982 Super Bowl while a member of the Washington Redskins. Riggins ranks 16th in total rushing yards with 11,352 yards.

Riggins was a touchdown machine in the NFL. In his 14 seasons, Riggins scored 104 touchdowns.

Riggins was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1992.
