Winter Meetings Trades and Signings

The Winter Meetings have been out of control today in terms of deals. I have been trying to keep track of all of the deals today to create an easy to follow list of all of today’s Winter Meetings moves. I am going to post all of the deals that are fantasy relevant and maybe a few more. They are generally sorted by their importance in terms of fantasy baseball.
Any player to be named later in these trades will be known as PTBNL.
Fantasy blockbusters:
Matt Kemp to the Padres
The Dodgers send OF Matt Kemp and C Tim Federowicz to the Padres for C Yasmani Grandal, RHP Zach Eflin, and RHP Joe Wieland.
Dee Gordon to the Marlins for Andrew Heaney
The Dodgers send 2B Dee Gordon, RHP Dan Haren, INF Miguel Rojas, and a PTBNL to the Marlins for LHP Andrew Heaney, C Austin Barnes, RHP Chris Hatcher, and 2B Enrique Hernandez.

Yoenis Cespedes to the Tigers for Rick Porcello
The Red Sox send OF Yoenis Cespedes, RHP Gabe Speier, and RHP Alex Wilson to the Tigers for RHP Rick Porcello.

The Reds send RHP Mat Latos to the Marlins for C Chad Wallach and RHP Anthony DeSclafani.

Jimmy Rollins to the Dodgers
The Phillies send SS Jimmy Rollins to the Dodgers for RHP Zach Eflin (acquired earlier in the Matt Kemp trade with the Padres) and LHP Tom Windle.
Dodgers sign Brandon McCarthy for 4 years and $48 million
Wade Miley to the Diamondbacks
The Diamondbacks send LHP Wade Miley to the Red Sox for RHP Rubby De La Rosa, RHP Allen Webster, and a PTBNL.
Twins sign Ervin Santana for 4 years and $54 million
Red Sox sign Justin Masterson for 1 year and $9.5 million
Royals sign Kendrys Morales for 2 years and $17 million
Cardinals sign Mark Reynolds for 1 year and $2 million

The Rockies send INF Josh Rutledge to the Angels for RHP Jairo Diaz.
Ross Detweiler to the Rangers
The Nationals send LHP Ross Detweiler to the Rangers for two PTBNL.
Mets sign John Mayberry, Jr. for one year and $1.45 million
Alfredo Simon to the Tigers
The Reds send RHP Alfredo Simon to the Tigers for SS Eugenio Suarez and RHP Jonathan Crawford.
There have been other deals today that are not of fantasy relevance. In fact, those players would not currently be rostered by their parents if they played fantasy baseball.
I will also have a list of all of the fantasy relevant signings and trades from December 8th to Decemeber 10th either tonight or by tomorrow morning. Of course, we can all hope that the conclusion of the Winter Meetings lead to some more trade magic.
