5. New York Knicks

The New York Knicks are in need of making a move or two with the way that they have been playing this season, and Lance Stephenson would be a very nice addition. They need a running mate to go alongside of Carmelo Anthony, and J.R. Smith simply isn’t that guy. Stephenson would be able to bring an up-tempo style of ball, to go along with great passing and the ability to get to the rim.

Stephenson would be a very nice compliment to Anthony, and would be able to get him some open looks with his playmaking. The Knicks are definitely looking to make some trades after the slow start, and they could be a good partner for Charlotte.

It would be a nice fit for Stephenson as well, as he is from that area. He would be more than happy to head back towards home and get back to playing New York style of basketball. The Knicks are definitely a team to keep an eye on in these trade talks.
