Frank Gore got the 49ers off to a real fast start on Saturday night against the San Diego Chargers, and some of those defenders paid the price. 

Go ahead, tell Frank Gore he’s too old to compete at a high level anymore, I dare you.

After you see what he did on Saturday night early on against the San Diego Chargers, you probably will pass on telling Gore he’s too up there in age to make things happen.

The San Francisco 49ers got on the board pretty quickly Saturday night, all thanks to Gore turning into an absolute beast out there on the field.

Watch in the video below as Gore not only rips off the first quarter 52-yard touchdown run, but he just bulls his way through the members of the Chargers defense.


Now yes he his a little old for a running back, which actually does make it pretty amazing that he can still punish defenses like this. It might be a long night for the San Diego defense if they have to deal with a version of Gore that is just feeling it tonight, coupled with rookie Carlos Hyde doing his damage as well.
