Losers: Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs aren’t quite finished yet, but you can bet the San Diego Chargers will be ready for them with everything on the line next week.

It’s hard to buy into the Chiefs as it has been all season long. The defense is a top ten defense, with 28 sacks and allowing just 254 points (fourth best in the NFL). So there are no worries on the defensive end, or at least not enough to make you shake your head.

Offense, that’s a different matter. We truly have no clue how good Alex Smith could be again, because aside from Jamaal Charles, this offense is a joke. Travis Kelce is solid, but the receivers are terrible and the offensive line has become an issue.

Maybe they sneak in with a win next week (if Baltimore loses), but even if they do, head coach Andy Reid might need to take a hatchet to his offense this offseason.
