Winners: Oakland Raiders

Sure they will miss the playoffs again. And yeah, overall this team has had an ugly season.

And yet, they have won three of the last five games, Derek Carr is actually looking decent with a 59 percent completion rating, with 20 touchdowns compared to 11 interceptions. It’s especially striking when you look at the state of the team they just beat, the Buffalo Bills and the non-answer they have at quarterback.

Yes, the Raiders have a lot of work to do on both sides of the ball and sure, they have to find a new coach.

They seem to have a quarterback though, potentially a running back in Latavius Murray and they have shown a lot of grit as they have finished the season.

It’s something to build on and for once, Raiders Nation should look forward to the offseason.
