Jim Harbaugh would be a perfect fit for what the Miami Dolphins are trying to do moving forward. The Dolphins have been very happy with the improvement that they have seen over the last couple of years with Joe Philbin as the head coach, but they wouldn’t be able to pass up on the chance to hire Harbaugh.

Ryan Tannehill has been improving each season since he was drafted, and this year he showed the ability to be a legitimate franchise quarterback. Harbaugh has been known to work well with legitimate pocket passers, and that is exactly what Tannehill is. Miami has a decent running game with Lamar Miller, and could bring Knowshon Moreno back next season after an injury plagued season.

Miami has put together a very good defense as well, and all they are missing is a piece or two from getting back into playoff contention in the AFC.

Hiring Harbaugh would make a lot of sense for both sides, and it would give Harbaugh a chance to stay in the NFL and take another team back to prominence. The Dolphins have been linked in rumors to Harbaugh in the past, and this is their chance to finally bring him on board.
