NFC Playoff Standings Entering Week 17

Entering the final week of the NFL regular season, the No. 4 seed in the NFC playoff standings is up for grabs with the NFC South champion yet to be determined.


While things aren’t as crazy in the NFC Playoff standings as in the AFC, there is plenty to be determined entering the final week of the NFL regular season.

The No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 seeds are yet to be set, while the No. 4 seed will be determined when the Carolina Panthers and Atlanta Falcons go head-to-head at the Georgia Dome to determine the NFC South champion.

The loser will be out of the playoff mix.

The NFC North title will also be up for grabs on Sunday afternoon, when the Green Bay Packers play host to the Detroit Lions at Lambeau Field.

The winner of the the NFC North will host a game in their postseason opener and potentially earn a bye week to kick things off, while the loser will hit the road on Wild Card weekend.
