In a high-scoring Liberty Bowl so far watch as Texas A&M QB Kyle Allen hooks up with Malcome Kennedy to take the lead early in the second quarter of what is already a high scoring contest down in Memphis, TN.
This score gave the Aggies the lead at 21-20.
At halftime the Aggies took a 28-27 lead into the locker room with momentum on their side as Allen was able to scamper in for a 14 yard touchdown run with 53 ticks remaining on the clock. As of the middle of the third quarter the two teams have already accounted for nearly 500 yards passing and over 225 yards rushing with a huge edge to Texas A&M.
Kyle Allen has totaled 247 yards through the air with three touchdowns and only one interception, while Malcome Kennedy has five catches for 52 yards and a score. There is sure to be plenty more offense in this game while the Aggies and the Mountaineers of West Virginia do battle to take home the Liberty Bowl trophy.
