Power Ranking the 12 Quarterbacks in the NFL Playoffs

4. Tony Romo
People do not like Tony Romo. The media doesn’t like Romo and the Romo haters, call it if you will, are licking their chops for the Cowboys to lose their first playoff game since 2009 so they can come out and call out Romo once again. It should be noted that in Romo’s tenure, he has never had the offense that’s around him in 2014. Dez Bryant is in full beast mode right now, DeMarco Murray is having one of the best seasons out of any Cowboys player off all-time, and there is no question about it that the offensive line is the best in the league.
Dallas will host the Lions in the wild card round of the playoffs and with how well the Cowboys are playing, it’s hard to see a team as inconsistent as the Lions to beat the Cowboys. Simply put, the Cowboys are one of the hottest teams in the league and they are simply on a mission. Romo in the playoffs worries a lot of people, but he’s playing at the highest level of his career and he will continue that play against Detroit on Sunday.
Next: 3. Peyton Manning
