6. Russell Wilson

The Seattle Seahawks are officially back and they are all fueled up for another run at winning the Super Bowl. After securing home-field advantage in Week 17 by virtue of their win against the St. Louis Rams and the Cardinals’ loss against the San Francisco 49ers, the Seahawks will play every game up until the Super Bowl in the friendly confines on CentruyLink Field. The Seahawks have won nine out of their last ten games and besides maybe the Cowboys, there isn’t a hotter team in all of football.

Many ridicule Russell Wilson because he plays for a team that hosts the best defense in all of football. But the fact of the matter is that Wilson is a dynamic playmaker who can dazzle with his passing ability or with his legs. Wilson is not your prototypical NFL pocket quarterback, but he is extremely productive even though he doesn’t have a ton of talent to work with. Wilson will have a week off, but whichever team plays the Seahawks in the divisional round will need to bring their A-game to come out of Seattle with a win.
