Steph Curry featured in hilarious ‘This is SportsCenter’ commercial (Video)
By Phil Naegely
Steph Curry appears in a “This is SportsCenter” commercial that should have fans laughing and scratching their heads at the same time.
ESPN has come up with some great “This is SportsCenter” commercials that feature their SportsCenter anchors and some of the most popular athletes from a variety of sports. The latest edition features Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry in one of the best “This is SportsCenter” video ever made.
The best part of the video is the end, when the two cafeteria workers wonder who Curry is. They are oblivious of the best Warriors players currently on the roster.

Curry is one of the best NBA players and seems to always come up in the clutch down the stretch. He also is one of the league’s most consistent players. Yet, fans and the sports media tend to forget Curry, even when the other NBA stars are out. They focus on what those players, like LeBron James, are doing when he’s hurt instead of talking about who is playing.
As the video states, as Curry rattles off some figures, the numbers don’t lie. James is a great player, but he gets more attention than he deserves. Yet, the fans go crazy over the Cavaliers star and make a big deal out of any little thing Curry does. However, the Cavaliers had to adjust to him instead of the other way around.
This latest “This is SportsCenter” commercial is as real-life as it can get. Overall, this commercial is a mix of truth, comedy, and reality about what Curry deals with. He leads his team to victory, is passionate about those big wins, and then people are always asking who the heck the guy is. I guess if he’s not James, Bryant, Anthony and the likes, then you aren’t known by those ESPN cafeteria workers.
