Rockets GM Daryl Morey: Watching basketball is like being a Gynecologist
Houston Rockets’ Daryl Morey general manager dropped the mic with his latest tweet
Daryl Morey is considered by many to be one of the basketball minds in the game. Morey has assembled an impressive Houston Rockets squad, led by James Harden and Dwight Howard. His team is one of the best in a loaded Western Conference and are considered title contenders by some.

Morey, who is very fan-friendly, received what seemed like a well-thought-out question from a fan on Twitter Wednesday.
Morey’s answer to the fan’s question was certainly something unexpected, to say the least, and left many laughing and some scratching their head at the quick wit of the Rockets general manager.
Morey was asked if having a job in the game ever makes him sick of watching basketball. Morey responded in a way that wasn’t probably the way some others in his position would answer that question.
Morey responded to the fan, telling him that having a job in basketball is much like that of being a gynecologist, that you never get sick of it.
Now maybe Morey has an affinity for the work that gynecologists do, or he was making an attempt at jaw-dropping humor. Regardless, it was a golden tweet that left many laughing and some within the Rockets front office probably shaking their heads.
Perhaps gynecologists will get a future deal on Rockets tickets or the court will have some sort of gynecology sponsor on it. Probably not.
