1. Frank Gore, Running Back

The Indianapolis Colts need to build a strong running game around Andrew Luck in order to complete the offense next season, and Frank Gore would be the perfect fit for them. He will likely command a contract that the Colts could afford, and would immediately be a huge upgrade over Trent Richardson and Dan “Boom” Herron.

Gore once again put up a very consistent season this year, rushing for 1,106 yards and four touchdowns on 255 carries.

At 31 years of age, Gore simply doesn’t have more than a couple of years of high quality football left in him. He would help the Colts’ offense out in a big way in those two seasons, and Luck would immediately become a better quarterback. If the Colts are serious about competing for a Super Bowl next season, Gore would be the perfect addition in the backfield.

Adding a running back like Gore would not only add an improved player in the backfield, it would bring in a proven winner and a great veteran presence. Players like Gore don’t come around all the time, and acquiring him would be huge for the Colts.
