No. 13 Billy Joe Dupree, Dallas Cowboys

Billy Joe Dupree is one of the most memorable players from the 1970s Cowboys teams. He was typical of tight ends of the era: relied upon to block more than receive, he nonetheless led his team in receptions as a rookie. He also had a knack for saving his best games for the playoffs, racking up 39 catches for 447 yards and 4 touchdowns in twenty career playoff games.

Dupree played every game in his 11 year career, and retired as the all time franchise leader in touchdown receptions by tight ends, with 41. The three-time Pro Bowler was a key cog in a winning franchise that sustained success for over a decade, a stalwart on a team where players often came and went.
