4. Oakland Raiders

Another team to keep an eye on is the Oakland Raiders, who poached former Green Bay Packers wide receiver James Jones away last offseason. Randall Cobb would be a perfect complement on the opposite side of the field, and would give quarterback Derek Carr a legitimate number one target.

Oakland isn’t too terribly far away from getting themselves back into postseason contention, but their offense still leaves quite a bit of room to improve. The defense has taken steps forward, and are one or two moves away from being where they need to be. Adding a star wide receiver would be ideal this offseason, and Cobb is the perfect fit for them this offseason.

It is going to be a very intriguing offseason to keep an eye on the Raiders. They are going to spend a bit of money and they want to get themselves back to being a relevant football team.

Cobb is the type of player that they need to bring on board in order to make that happen, and they will likely be one of the teams in the mix for him. They have some money to spend, and they are going to pursue a playmaking wide receiver.
