The Sacramento Kings’ forward went in with authority on the slam

The Sacramento Kings were visiting the Cleveland Cavaliers Friday night and the game was filled with stars and highlight reel dunks. Before the game, Kings center DeMarcus Cousins was named as injury replacement for Los Angeles Lakers’ guard Kobe Bryant, but in a game filled with explosive players came explosive plays, Kings star Rudy Gay overshadowed his All-Star teammate.

On one particular play, LeBron lost sight of Gay on defense and watched as he cut he got and up and went 360 degrees for the big time slam.

The Cavaliers defenders could do nothing but stand and watch the dunk happen.

The Kings would fall to the Cavaliers 101-90 and Gay would finish with 20 points as Sacramento would fall to 16-29.

It was a game of two teams going in different directions as Sacramento has now lost eight in a row while Cleveland has won nine in a row and looks to be rounding out into form finally.

While things might be rough for Sacramento and their fans, as long as they get to see exciting plays like that from Gay, and the growing young team being built in Sacramento, they have something to look forward to at least.
