Duke Guard Grayson Allen gets mad air on block (GIF)

There was a block party at Duke today and everyone was invited

N0. 4 Duke absolutely embarrassed No. 10 Notre Dame on the court Saturday after Duke lost a tough one to the Irish back in January. At one point in the game, Duke led the Irish 40-6 before going onto a 90-60 victory in a game that was never even close.

It was a game full of big plays, including monstrous blocks like Justise Winslow chasing down an easy transition bucket for Notre Dame and swatting it away.

He wasn’t the only one visiting the block party in Durham on Saturday.

Freshman reserve guard Grayson Allen dropped by the party being held in Cameron Indoor Stadium, and got some airtime of his own as he absolutely flew across the paint and swatted away Notre Dame guard Demetrius Jackson’s shot.

Coincidentally it was Jackson who had his shot blocked by Justise Winslow earlier in the game.

Allen showed an incredible ability to leap and get height on the block. In a blowout that everyone was talking about, everyone for Duke got in on the fun Saturday, as Duke kept it rolling as the season chugs along heading towards March and tournament season.

As for Notre Dame and Demetrius Jackson, they might want to keep an eye out for trailing defenders.
