Cole Hamels has been one of the hottest names on the trade market over the last couple of years, and the Philadelphia Phillies are open to trading him if the right deal presents itself. He finished up the 2014 season with a 9-9 record to go along with a 2.46 ERA and 198 strikeouts.

There are plenty of teams that could use a player like Hamels in their rotation, and there have been quite a few teams involved in trade talks for him. Both the Boston Red Sox and Chicago Cubs have shown major interest, and there are other teams who have been mentioned in rumors surrounding Hamels.
It wouldn’t be surprising to see him end up getting traded ahead of the deadline this year.
It is going to be a very intriguing season to keep an ear open for Hamels rumors, and there will be plenty of them. That being said, it will also be interesting to hear which teams begin picking up their interest in him as the season moves along.
