Empire Magazine has recently released a new image which showcases the former pro wrestler as a henchman in the latest Bond installment.

Dave Bautista might just be the most unexpected star of 2014. After wowing audiences in the summer blockbuster Guardians of the Galaxy, the pro wrestler took his newfound acting talents to star in the newest James Bond installment Spectre. As we have previously reported, Bautista was just rumored to be starring in the film. However, with the latest promotional photo released through Empire Magazine, the rumors can be laid to rest.

Check it out below.

The image features Bautista as a very fierce looking henchman is the first that features the actor in the movie. While fans can be rest assured that they can expect a bigger role for him in the film, there is still little known of how big his role will be. What we do know for now is that the henchman’s name is Mr. Hinx and that he is a badass.

Speaking to the magazine, Bautista told of his first questions for director Sam Mendes and confirmed it would indeed be a departure from the brutish Drax from Guardians.

"“When I came over to meet him, I only asked two questions: I asked him if Mr. Hinx was a badass. He said, ‘Yes, he’s a badass.’ I said, ‘Well, is Mr. Hinx intelligent?’ He said, ‘Very.’That’s what I like about Mr. Hinx. He’s very well-dressed and very well-mannered. I’m not just here to fight people. He has a sense of humor. He definitely knows what a metaphor is.”"

The description from Empire also leads us to believe that the film will be pretty amazing.

"A cryptic message from Bond’s past sends him on a trail to uncover a sinister organization. While M battles political forces to keep the secret service alive, Bond peels back the layers of deceit to reveal the terrible truth behind SPECTRE."

The film is to also star Daniel Craig reprising his role as James Bond, as well as Christoph Waltz, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Ben Wishaw, and Rory Kinnear.

The film is due to be released on November 6th.
