Former Nebraska outside linebacker Randy Gregory tackled Sports Science’s tackle dummy and took it’s head off.

Randy Gregory is already one of the highest rated NFL Draft prospects, but he may have just raised his draft stock even more. While he was on Sports Science, Gregory’s tackle force in pounds was measured when he tackled the designated tackle dummy. But he didn’t just hit the dummy hard, he knocked its head off.

Wow. Just wow.

Randy Gregory, a former outside linebacker at Nebraska, is a projected top-ten pick in most NFL mock drafts. In his sophomore season in 2013, Gregory recorded 66 tackles and 10.5 sacks for the Cornhuskers in 13 games. In 2014, he missed two games, but still went for 54 tackles and 7.5 sacks before declaring for the 2015 NFL Draft.

Gregory is competing with a plethora of big name pass rushers in this years draft including former Florida linebacker Dante Fowler, Mizzou defensive end Shane Ray and Clemson outside linebacker Vic Beasley.

NFL Draft prospects compete in the NFL Combine and have their school’s annual pro days to showcase their skills and talents to scouts and coaches in order to raise draft stock, but Gregory’s appearance on Sports Science will probably take care of any concerns that may be out there about the linebacker.

I would not take any sort of money to be hit by this truck of a football player…
