The UAB Blazers upset the Iowa State Cyclones and Twitter reacted to brackets being busted everywhere.
It didn’t take long for the NCAA Tournament to get their first upset of the game. The second game of the day saw the UAB Blazers upset the Iowa State Cyclones, a 14 seed ending a 3 seed’s run in the tournament.
A lot of people had Iowa State going far in the tournament and reportedly 16% of Yahoo brackets had Iowa State going to the Final Four.
It was so unexpected that just a little over 5 percent of brackets had UAB upsetting Iowa State.
Just 5.1 pct of ESPN Tournament Challenge brackets had UAB over Iowa State.

Iowa St was picked by 16.3 pct of brackets to reach Final Four.
So Twitter just lost their mind when the game was over, everyone venting about how their bracket was already busted.
