Lance Stephenson gets burned by young Pacers fan (Photo)
During the Charlotte Hornets’ trip to Indiana to take on the Pacers, one young fan burned former Pacers guard Lance Stephenson.
There didn’t seem to be many hard feelings after Lance Stephenson was signed by the Hornets this summer after spending the beginning of his career with the Pacers. But apparently not all Indiana fans share that same sentiment. During the Hornet’s trip out to Indiana, one young Pacers fan felt the need to troll Lance Stephenson a bit with a little sign.
The reference the fan is making comes from the 2014 NBA playoffs. During a free throw, Stephenson tried to get in LeBron James’ head by blowing in his ear.

Bold strategy by Lance.
Unfortunately, it was pretty unsuccessful after LeBron would carry the Heat past the Pacers all the way into the NBA finals.
But the gimmick done by Stephenson set this young Pacers fan up for a hilarious burn that probably hurt his ego just a bit. Stephenson hasn’t really found the same success in Charlotte as he did in Indiana, making it sting that much more.
There were some rumors in early December that Stephenson might be traded back to Indiana. But nothing ever materialized leaving young Pacers fans still bitter about the departure of their former point guard. I don’t really have much sympathy for Lance. When you play professional basketball you should be held to a higher standard of sportsmanship than blowing in someones ear. So props to this young fan for rubbing it in that much more creating an awesome joke.
