Not only did Chicago Cubs fans have to sit through a bad opening night, but they had to urinate in cups

More from Chicago Cubs

The 2015 Major League Baseball season officially got underway on Sunday night when the Chicago Cubs took on the St. Louis Cardinals inside the friendly confines of Wrigley Field.

Well, actually, on this night, the confines of Wrigley Field were anything but friendly, especially for people that had to go to the bathroom really, really bad.

You see, the Cubs and Cardinals opened up the season inside Wrigley Field, despite the fact that the stadium is undergoing some heavy renovations. The problem is that these renovations caused some serious restroom issues, which in turn caused Cubs fans that could not bare the weight to just do their business in plastic cups.

Yeah, that is a serious problem the team has on their hands there, and something needs to be done sooner rather than later. How they could not see something like this happening and not be prepared for it is a different question for a different day, but this is a bit ridiculous.

Oh yeah, and to make matter worse, the Cubs dropped the opener to the rival Cards, 3-0. If you’re gonna make your fans pee in cups, AT LEAST WIN THE GAME! OR SCORE A RUN! SOMETHING!
