The Cleveland Cavaliers are taking on the Chicago Bulls on Sunday in one of the Easter showdowns on ABC, and we’ve seen about all the action we can take in this one thus far. However, at the end of the first half, J.R. Smith made sure to put his name at the top of the list as far as exciting plays in this one goes.
With the clock winding down in the first half and the Cavaliers clinging to a slim lead, Smith had the ball coming across the court and launched this shot from halfcourt that went right in.
Hell, not only did the shot go right in, but he was WAY off balance.
See, people, put that in your J.R. Smith joke pipes and smoke it!
Hey, since his move to the Cavaliers, he has seemed more and more like a reinvigorated player and he has even admitted that he feels better overall than he did when he was with the Knicks. Who knows, with the playoffs on the horizon, maybe he’ll be a blessing in disguise for this team as they seek and Eastern Conference title.
