Duke’s Coach K celebrated a little too hard after National Championship (Video)
Duke head coach Mike Krzyzewski celebrated their National Championship win at Cameron Indoor Stadium Tuesday and it was perfect.
Duke brought home their fifth National Championship title in basketball Tuesday after defeating the Wisconsin Badgers 68-63 Monday night. The team celebrated their championship with Duke fans Tuesday at Cameron Indoor Stadium.
Duke head coach Mike Krzyzewski, who has won all five of Duke basketball’s national titles, let Duke’s “Cameron Crazies” in their dance to the song “Every Time We Touch” by Cascada and he sort of had the most awkward moves we’ve ever seen.
When Krzyzewski raised his arms and started half jumping, indicating for the crowd to get pumped up, it was a pretty hilarious scene and you just can’t help but laugh. The poor guy was just pumping up his favorite crowd but it turned into an awkward scene that even had his players laughing. Nonetheless, the crowd was pumped up and danced on.

The thing about Duke and Krzyzewski is that you don’t need to know how to dance in order to win college basketball titles. Or is that why they call the NCAA Tournament “the big dance”? So, maybe Krzyzewski’s dancing is in fact good enough to win National Titles.
The legendary head coach has taken Duke to nine National Championship games now and has won five of them.
Duke was led by freshmen standouts Tyus Jones, Jahlil Okafor, Justise Winslow and a guy who came out of the shadows during the Final Four in Grayson Allen. Okafor and Winslow battled foul trouble the whole game, but Jones and Allen put the team on their backs in the second half scoring 29 of Duke’s 37 second half points.
Tyus Jones ended with 23 points and helped give Krzyzewski and the Duke Blue Devils the National Title and made it possible for us to see Coach K busting a hilarious move at Cameron Indoor Stadium Tuesday. Thank you, Tyus.
