Los Angeles Lakers G Dwight Buycks shatters ankles (video)

Los Angeles Lakers G Dwight Buycks shattered Denver Nuggets G Gary Harris ankles.
Name a couple of the guards in the Los Angeles Lakers backcourt. Still thinking? Kobe Bryant played in 35 games this season before his shoulder injury took him out for the season. Now the team is left with a backcourt that is mostly unrecognizable to casual fans.
One of those unrecognizable players made an impressive highlight on Wednesday night against the Denver Nuggets though:
That would be Lakers G Dwight Buycks. Buycks has played in only 4 games this season and has been averaging 9.3 points per game off of the bench. Maybe they should have brought him onto the roster a little sooner.
Buycks has also played in China, Spain, France, Belgium and the NBA Development League before recently signing a 10-day contract with the Lakers. He is doing whatever he can to impress people around the league in these final few games of the season. He needs to find a new contract that will keep him around for a little bit. Making a play like this will get some attention from people around the league. He has 4 more games to make some things happen. Maybe he can latch onto the Lakers for another season.
