Atletico Madrid’s Antoine Griezzman had a bicycle kick goal that will blow your mind (Video)

Antoine Griezzman scored one of the craziest goals you’ll see in 2015.
23-year-old Antoine Griezzman is quickly becoming known as one of the best goal scorers in professional football (soccer in America). In 31 matches since joining Atletico Madrid in 2014, Griezzman has scored 20 goals.
Saturday he added to that number. And this particular may be the craziest and most impressive one he’s had to date.
Sure he was aided by the referees missing an offsides call (or maybe two), but that doesn’t make his bicycle kick goal any less impressive. Those who follow the sport may be somewhat used to this sort of thing, but for the unitiated, seeing someone score a goal with his back to the net is more than impressive.
It’s the sort of thing we cannot fathom doing ourselves. To us, it’s more impressive than a buzzer-beating 3-pointer or slam dunk or 450 foot-plus home run.

Granted, Griezzman was also aided by the goalkeeper leaving the net, working on the assumption than offsides violation would be called against Atletico Madrid.
Even so, it is goals like this one that make Griezzman the talk of the sport. He is quickly becoming one of the best players on the planet, and a relative bargain after signing for 30 million Euro (about $32.5 million).
