The NFL has released their 2015 schedule, and the Seattle Seahawks will have some interesting match-ups against the NFC West, AFC North, and NFC North.

One question will haunt the Seattle Seahawks for the next four months; “what would have happened if we had just given the ball to Marshawn Lynch”. Of course, the Seahawks have already had a few months to get past their poor decision that likely cost them a Super Bowl victory in February, and they didn’t spend their offseason wallowing in their loss. They spent it getting better.

That’s a tough team to say for a team that made it’s second consecutive Super Bowl appearance last season and came one yard away from back-to-back world championships. Still, what else can you say about a team that went 12-4 in 2014, made the Super Bowl, and then went out and retained Lynch and Jermaine Kearse, acquired Jimmy Graham from the New Orleans Saints, and signing Cary Williams. Unfortunately, they also lost center Max Unger (Graham trade) and corner back Byron Maxwell, but it hard to argue that the Hawks didn’t emerge stronger this winter.

Then again, the game isn’t played solely on the back of the roster you assemble, but also the schedule you have to endure. Each year, NFL teams play each team within their division twice and they play one AFC and one NFC division on a rotational basis. To fill in the final two spots on the schedule, the teams need to take on opponents who finished in the same position in their respective divisions.

For the Seattle Seahawks, it looks like it will be an interesting schedule to say the least. After playing an NFC West division that the Seahawks owned to the tune of a 5-1 record in 2014, Seattle will see the NFC North and the AFC North on their schedules. To balance out the schedule, the Chargers also throw in match-ups with the Carolina Panthers and Dallas Cowboys.

So what does the Seattle Seahawks schedule look like for the 2015 season?
