Paul Millsap brought the house down with an alley-oop courtesy of a Jeff Teague lob early in the first quarter of Wednesday’s Atlanta HawksBrooklyn Nets playoff game.

Paul Millsap isn’t exactly known as a high-flyer, but the Atlanta Hawks big man came down with a pretty impressive dunk early in Game 2 of the Hawks’ first-round series against the Brooklyn Nets.

With the Hawks leading 7-2, Jeff Teague found Millsap in transition for the thunderous alley-oop slam.

That’ll get the crowd excited.

The Hawks got off to a blazing hot start on Wednesday, scoring nine points in under two minutes to start the game. Millsap’s dunk punctuated the impressive run.

If Millsap and the Hawks offense keeps rolling like it has thus far, this one could be over early. Brooklyn simply doesn’t have the offensive firepower to stick with them.

Millsap averaged 16.7 points (47.6 percent shooting from the field), 7.8 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game during the regular season.
