If the Cavaliers are going to complete the sweep of the Boston Celtics on Sunday, they’re going to have to do so without Kevin Love

The Cleveland Cavaliers got some bad news early in their Game 4 contest against the Boston Celtics on Sunday, as they’re going to have to go forward in this one without the services of Kevin Love.

Love, who has really come on as a key member of this team during the playoffs, got tied up with Kelly Olynyk late in the first quarter and he suffered what appeared to be a severe left shoulder injury. Immediately after getting tied up, Love went right to the locker room in a lot of pain to have it looked at.

Well ABC provided an update from the locker room just a short time ago, and while the full extent of the injury isn’t known right now, what we did learn is that he is definitely out the rest of Game 4 on Sunday.

The best case scenario is that he’s only out the rest of this game, but from the looks of the injury as it happened live, this might be an injury that keeps him out for a while. Again, with the way that he’s been playing in this series, this would be a crushing blow for a team that looks poised to make a run at the NBA title.
