NBA Playoffs 2015, Updated Bracket: Nets upset Hawks in Game 4
By Josh Hill
The NBA Playoffs are entering the final stages of the first round, and the Brooklyn Nets refuse to be put away against the Atlanta Hawks.
Despite the fact that virtually no one expected them to be in the postseason, the Brooklyn Nets are powering ahead in their first round series against the Atlanta Hawks and are refusing to be put away. After dropping for the first two games, Brooklyn went undefeated at home and has sent the series back to the dirty south for Game 5 on Wednesday.
The Hawks have failed to put the Nets down, despite the fact that even Brooklyn’s head coach didn’t favor his own team against the top seeded team in the conference. That hasn’t stopped the Nets from taking it to the Hawks, and this series went from being all about Atlanta to all tied up really quickly.
Here’s a look at the updated bracket after the Brooklyn Nets upset the Atlanta Hawks in Game 4 to even the series at 2-2.

The Atlanta Hawks are quickly losing the muster that they’ve had all season long, as they’re still the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference but they’re having the toughest time of all the teams in the postseason with the Nets. Brooklyn has played the Hawks tighter than anyone expected and they’ve swung the momentum in their direction in a violent way.
Brooklyn’s winning inches them closer to a rematch against Paul Pierce and the Washington Wizards — a series that just got massively interesting thanks to the inspired way that the Nets have been playing.
Maybe that has something to do with Paul Pierce smack talking his old team, but for whatever reason the Nets are hitting their stride and they’re suddenly a scary team to face.
