We’re very close to the 2015 NFL Draft getting underway, and with that being the case, time is running out on the chance for the Philadelphia Eagles to get up to the top of the draft order so they can draft Marcus Mariota. Over the course of the past few days it’s been assumed that the Eagles could strike a deal with the Tennessee Titans, where they could take Mariota after the Tampa Bay Buccaneers draft Jameis Winston.

Well it appears that the Titans have told the Eagles and Chip Kelly to proverbially go kick rocks, so with that being the case, it looks like it’s on to Plan B…

…call the Buccaneers and see if they can get up to No. 1 to draft their quarterback.

There really is no stopping Chip Kelly in his pursuit to land his college signal caller, but there might be a good reason for that, according to another report from Werder on Thursday.

Well then, if that’s the case then can you really blame him for jumping over the Titans’ head to get to Tampa?
