The Jaguars have selected Dante Fowler in the NFL draft and the internet has reacted in kind

The NFL Draft hasn’t disappointed so far with fans around the world reacting well on twitter, not least of all were the Jaguar fans reacting to their team’s pick. It’s a huge night for so many reasons, the kids, the families, the team and the fans.

As big it is for the players and their families, the teams themselves have just as much riding on their picks. It’s a combination of vast effort from the college scouts and then collaborations between the head coach and the owner. So if a pick doesn’t work out or something goes wrong in the draft, heads often role.

This is the night than the players have been working for since the first time they picked up a football. It’s the lights, the recognition, fame, money and success that every athlete hopes to achieve during their career. These kids’ professional careers are only beginning but it’s a moment they’ve dreamed about for years.
