Nobody seemed to notice Chicago Bears owner George McCaskey at the NFL draft.

Some NFL owners like Jerry Jones and Daniel Snyder can’t go anywhere without being swarmed. Others? Not so much.

Chicago Bears owner George McCaskey was able to casually stroll through Draft Town ahead of day two action in the Windy City, via Rich Campbell of the Chicago Tribune.

Now, there don’t appear to be any Bears fans in this picture, but it’s still pretty strange to see an NFL owner go so unnoticed.

This is all-around a great photo, but maybe the coolest thing is that McCaskey appears to be wearing a Kevin White jersey. The Bears selected White, an explosive receiver from West Virginia, seventh overall on Thursday.

Clearly McCaskey hasn’t made himself too well-known to general NFL fans, which is probably a good thing given how the more famous owners are viewed. His official position title is chairman, but McCaskey and several other family members share ownership of the Bears with Virginia Halas McCaskey, the eldest child of legendary George Halas.

McCaskey served as Chicago’s ticket office director from 1991-2010. He will now have to oversee a complete Bears rebuild, which included hiring head coach John Fox this offseason.
