One boxing fan decided to sell a bag of air from the Mayweather/Pacquiao fight on Ebay.

One of the more light-hearted and overall strange stories surrounding the Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao fight is the fact that one fan is selling a bag of air from the fight on Ebay. That’s right. While some are talking about how Pacquiao’s injury could lead to perjury charges, one fan is just trying to make an extra buck on some air from the super fight.

Quite literally a buck at that too. The fan selling the bag of air is listing the bag at .99 cents as a starting bidding price. Pretty expensive thinking this is just literally a bag of air. There isn’t really a way to check if this air was actually from the fight. The handwriting on the bag looks scribbled on too. Not necessarily the most reassuring thing considering the sketchiness of the product to begin with.

But for those of you still interested, the bag does come with Ebay’s money back guarantee if the product is something other than what they advertised for. So if this bag is filled with air from another boxing match, don’t hesitate to contact the internet authorities and get your .99 cents back.

It will be interesting to see how many people actually bid on this product. Even if it is actual air from the actual super fight between Pacquiao and Mayweather, who cares? It’s not like one of the fighters can autograph the air. Or the air can actually provide any sort of memory about the fight other than a stupid purchase you made in 2015 on some air in a plastic bag.

Nonetheless, I am sure someone out there will buy this product. The beautiful thing about the internet is you can find a niche for just about anything. Yes, that includes bags of air.
