San Antonio Spurs legend Tim Duncan seems to be enjoying some much-deserved time off.

The San Antonio Spurs are typically still playing basketball at this stage in early May. San Antonio’s first round exit at the hands of the Los Angeles Clippers means the team will have to find some new hobbies with the unexpected extra time off.

For Tim Duncan, that means an opportunity to go to Las Vegas and get some indoor skydiving in, via Tom Haberstroh of ESPN.

Everyone should be happy to see Duncan getting some relaxation in while wearing a poofy suit.

Perhaps the skydiving session gave Duncan some time to ponder a few critical questions facing him this offseason. Many expect that 2014-15 could have been the last go around for the 39-year-old Duncan, Manu Ginobli and coach Greg Popovich.

However, Duncan proved that he can still play during the epic seven game series against Los Angeles. Duncan averaged 17.9 points per game during the series, including 27 points on 11-16 shooting in Game 7. With a younger superstar in Kawhi Leonard and a big free agent acquisition likely on the way, the Spurs will be set up for another run at the NBA title next season.

With the extra time to relax, Duncan and the Spurs will come back rested and as strong as ever.
