One Philadelphia Phillies fan made an incredible catch while keeping his baby out of danger.

When sitting in the area of foul balls at baseball games, safety is of importance.

Having a baby with you makes that level of importance even higher.

At the Phillies game on Sunday, one dad became a hero as he protected his baby and made an incredible catch for everyone to see.

When the Mets’ Daniel Murphy fouled a pitch several decks behind him, one dad with a baby strapped to his chest stood up and caught the foul ball using just a single hand.

After he made the miraculous child-saving catch, he pumped his fists in the air with a true warrior’s passion.

Then he went full celebration mode and flexed the dad guns while soaking in the cheers of the fans sitting around him.

He doesn’t even flinch as the ball flies full speed right at him.

The baby obviously takes after dad too, because it appears there wasn’t any flinching their either. One day that dad and his kid are going to go to Phillies games catching foul balls and flexing their arms for all to bask in their glory.

Today in Philadelphia, a Mother’s Day hero was born, and this time it was a father.
