Dez Bryant would love to play with Adrian Peterson on Cowboys
By Mike Dyce
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant would love to play with running back Adrian Peterson.
There have been a lot of rumors about Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson, where he stands with the team and where he will be playing in 2015. Peterson has been linked to the Dallas Cowboys particularly, and TMZ caught up with star wide receiver Dez Bryant and asked him about the prospect of playing with him.
“If that could happen I would love it,” Bryant said. “We’re both from East Texas and believe in the same thing. Just as much as he loves the game, I love the game the same way. I think it could be something very special.”
Bryant also added that the Vikings won’t let that happen.
“The Vikings not lettin’ that happen, ’cause if they did … the league would know what would happen.”
Bryant goes on to discuss some other topics, saying that the New England Patriots won fair and square and everyone needs to move on. He also says that he doesn’t think deflate footballs help wide receivers catch the ball, which is pretty interesting.
As far as the famous non-catch against the Green Bay Packers, he said that is the only way the 2014 Dallas Cowboys were getting stopped last season.
