New York Jets fans are definitely taking advantage of the fact that the New England Patriots were reprimanded by the NFL

For the better part of the last decade, the New England Patriots and their success have been a thorn in the side of the New York Jets and their fan base. Of course, with the news on Monday that the Patriots were punished by the NFL for their role in DeflateGate, which included the four-game suspension of Tom Brady, Jets fans are going to start taking their shots whenever they can, letting out years of frustration.

Well, some Jets fans have taken things to a whole other level.

According to the New York Daily News, 12 Jets fans have actually paid for billboards to be put up all over New Jersey roads. These billboards in question, of course, take a direct shot at the aforementioned Brady, who, again, will be missing the first four games of the season out of all this.

Hey, is it petty? Maybe so. But these folks have been dealing with frustration from the Patriots for years, so there really is no telling what lengths they’ll go to to take their jabs at the Super Bowl champs.
