Nikola Mirotic clotheslines Iman Shumpert (Video)

The Cleveland Cavaliers need one more win to move on to the Conference Finals, but Nikola Mitotic and the Bulls are going down swinging — literally.
The Chicago Bulls are fighting for their playoff lives on Thursday night against the Cleveland Cavaliers, and if they’re going to go out tonight then they’re going to go out swinging.
What Chicago doesn’t need is to make mistakes they can avoid making and allowing the Cavaliers chances they wouldn’t otherwise be afforded.
In the second quarter of the game, Nikola Mitotic went after Iman Shumpert on a play that looked like it could get him kicked out of the game. Mitotic tried to make it look like he was making a play on the ball but he ended up clotheslining Shumpert and knocking him down.
That was bad.
Luckily for the Bulls, Nikola Mirotic wasn’t kicked out of the game for the clothesline as it would have been a brutal blow for Chicago.
In Game 5, things changed in a big way when the refs kicked out Taj Gibson for kicking Matthew Dellavedova after getting tangled up underneath the basket late in the game. The ejection, which came in a game without Pau Gasol playing, turned the tide fully in the favor of the Cavaliers and allowed them to get up 3-2 in the series.
