Tony Romo really did get his Twitter career off to the best start possible when he talked about the Dez Bryant non-catch

The internet has been ablaze the past 24 hours with the news that Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo has joined Twitter. Maybe the most polarizing figure in the entire league is now on Twitter, and people have already been blowing up his mentions.

Well, of course, since he officially joined Twitter, most people have been asking his opinion on whether or not Dez Bryant caught the ball in the playoff game against the Green Bay Packers. In reality, though, you’d never expect him to address the matter that had a lot of people angry back in January.

Well, he did…

In what is definitely a candidate for tweet of the year, Romo had this to say about what happened back in Lambeau Field.

Now that is rich right there. Romo might be new to the whole Twitter experience, but he’s definitely on the right track to getting people all up in arms with something that he types.

If he keeps this stuff up, then Tony Romo on Twitter is going to be a treasure for us all.
