The Major League Baseball season is still very young, but there have been some surprises so far.

We’re officially a month in the Major League Baseball season and everything, for the most part, has been pretty weird.  Keep in mind that whether your favorite team is good or bad, there’s still a long way to go —  about five months of games left, so don’t lose hope or get too hype for your team just yet.

But with that said, again, we’ve seen a lot of weird things in the MLB this year.

After a year off, Alex Rodriguez’s bat seems like it never took time off, meanwhile despite signing Max Scherzer and having what was supposed to be a dominant pitching staff, the Nationals haven’t looked great on the mound at all either, along with the Red Sox.  The A’s seem to be going backwards, however while that was expected given their offseason, nobody expected their rough start.

Meanwhile, it seems as if the Mets are stealing the Big Apple spotlight thanks to some solid hitting and dominant pitching.

So, without telling you the rest and spoiling what’s ahead, let’s take a look at five of baseball’s biggest surprises so far in the 2015 season.
