Harrison Barnes stars in ‘Funny or Die’ skit (Video)
By Will Osgood
Though Harrison Barnes has been great for the Golden State Warriors this postseason, it hasn’t stopped him from beginning to plan for his future outside of basketball.
Harrison Barnes has been the quiet contributor the Golden State Warriors have needed this postseason, averaging 11.4 points per game, grabbing nearly five rebounds a contest and shooting over 50 percent from the field.
There’s a solid chance that after June he’ll own an NBA Championship ring. But Barnes, at only 22-years-old Barnes is already doing things off the court to raise his stock in the job market should the whole NBA thing take a sudden down turn.
The Backup Plan with Harrison Barnes from Funny Or Die
Say what you like about Barnes’ acting–it’s actually pretty solid–or his humor–doesn’t stack up to the humor of the manager in this scene–but Barnes could probably do anything he likes.

He is a wonderfully skilled basketball player, who is just starting to come into his own at the NBA level. He’ll likely have a long and prosperous career at the professional level.
And based on the personality he shows in this video, he may have what it takes to take to the camera as an analyst when his playing career is completed. But there’s plenty of time for Barnes to consider his next step.
For now, his only goal should be helping the Warriors win the NBA title.
