Today’s daily fantasy baseball advice!
Jose Bautista, CWS @ TOR – FD $4,500 DK $4,600
The Toronto Blue Jays were able to get the win on Tuesday night because of the work of Josh Donaldson, who hit two home runs. Donaldson also walked it off for the Jays, but Jose Bautista did some work of his own on Tuesday night. Bautista went 3-for-4 with three doubles and five RBI. His matchup against the White Sox is a phenomenal one because the Sox are currently ranked 19th in pitching over the last week. Bautista has a heavy price tag at $4,600, but I love this play on Wednesday because of his ability to drive the ball and drive in runs, along with the White Sox sub-par pitching.

George Springer, HOU @ BAL – FD $4,000 DK $4,800
The Houston Astros are playing the 14th ranked pitching staff of the Baltimore Orioles. This may deter you from using Houston players, but Springer has had success against the O’s. He has gone 5-for-9 with a home run, a double, and a RBI thus far in the series. Springer also has a hit in 7 of his last 8 games. I look for Springer and the Astros to continue their success against the Orioles.
Denard Span, WAS @ CHC – FD $3,500 DK $4,100
The Chicago Cubs pitching staff has come on as of late, but the Washington Nationals have been able to hit them. Denard Span has been particularly able to hit the ball against the Cubs, as he has two home runs in two games. Span has gone 3-for-7 the past two games, but two of his hits have been long balls at Wrigley. I like his value at $3,500 on FanDuel, and I think that Span needs to be in your lineup on Wednesday.
Marlon Byrd, COL @ CIN – FD $3,200 DK $4,200
The Cincinnati Reds have a potential for an offensive showcase against the Rockies on Wednesday because the Rockies rank 27th in pitching over the past week. With that being said, any Phillies player is a solid pick, and Marlon Byrd is definitely one of them. Byrd has gone 3-for-7 in this series so far with a home run, so I look for Byrd to have a fairly good game against the Rockies. I also like the cheaper price tag at $3,200
Hunter Pence, SFG @ MIL – FD $3,000 DK $5,000
Hunter Pence has been hitting the ball extremely well over the past couple of weeks. Pence has a hit in 6 out of his last 7 games, and he has been tearing the Brewers apart. Milwaukee currently ranks 18th in team ERA over the past week, but Pence has been tagging them like there is no tomorrow. Pence has gone 4-for-9 with a double, a home run, and a stolen base. I like the play of Pence because they are playing a struggling Brewers team, and Pence is only at a $3,000 price tag on FanDuel. You need to take advantage of his low price tag on FanDuel before it skyrockets into the mid-$4,00 range.
